Background Info: Rommel Panal, who writes under the pen name of Professor Snivvelus in The Magi Advocate newsletter, is a twenty-one-year-old Aquarian who started from practically nothing when he began his search into the Occult in the year 2001. He searched his way through different paths, and suffering the repercussions of ignorance, until finally finding guidance under the honorable Magi Order in Bacolod. He is an advocate of Chaos Magick and Sigils and currently teaches the subjects within the Magi Order classrooms.
